Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Molhad Mago Electronics LLP (“we”, “us”, trading as MAGONICS) handles information collected through https://magonics.com. We collect the minimum needed to supply components, issue GST-compliant invoices and support you — nothing more. We do not sell personal data, and we show no third-party advertising.

1. What we collect

Account details — name, business name, email address, phone number, and delivery address, provided by you when registering or ordering.
Tax details — your GSTIN and purchase order number if you provide them, used solely on your tax invoice so you can claim input credit.
Order history — the parts, quantities, prices and invoices for your purchases, which we are legally required to retain as books of account.
Anonymous usage statistics — a random identifier stored in your browser counts visits and page views. It contains no personal information, is not a tracking cookie, and is never linked to your account or shared with anyone.

2. What we never collect

Card numbers, UPI PINs and banking credentials are entered directly with our payment processor, Razorpay, on their PCI-DSS-compliant systems. They never touch our servers, and we cannot see them.

3. How we use information

Processing and delivering your orders, including customs documentation for import.
Issuing GST tax invoices and maintaining statutory accounting records.
Transactional communication: order confirmations, invoices, despatch and tracking notifications, and responses to your enquiries.
Fraud prevention and payment reconciliation with our payment gateway.

We do not send marketing email unless you have asked for it.

4. Who we share it with

Razorpay — payment processing (they receive your name, email, phone and the amount, as required to process the payment).
Courier partners — your name, delivery address and phone number, to deliver your order.
IT service providers — our systems run on Amazon Web Services (Mumbai region) and business email on Microsoft 365. These providers process data on our instructions only.
Authorities — customs and tax authorities receive the information the law requires on import documents and GST filings.

Our overseas component suppliers receive no customer personal data.

5. Cookies and local storage

We use only what the site needs to function: a login token so you stay signed in, your cart contents, and the anonymous visit counter described above. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

6. Retention

Invoices and order records are retained for the period mandated by Indian tax law (currently up to 8 years). Account details are kept while your account is active; you may ask us to delete your account at any time, after which we retain only what the law obliges us to keep.

7. Security

Data is stored on access-controlled servers in India, transmitted over HTTPS/TLS, with passwords stored only as salted hashes. Access within the firm is limited to staff who need it to serve you.

8. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, or withdraw consent for non-essential processing, by writing to Info@molhadmago.in. We respond within a reasonable time and in accordance with applicable Indian data protection law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

10. Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will post the updated version on this page.
