These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of https://magonics.com (the “Website”) and every purchase made through it. The Website is owned and operated by Molhad Mago Electronics LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India (GSTIN 09ACBFM1168N1ZV, Import Export Code ACBFM1168N), trading as “MAGONICS”. Registered office: A-105, Pocket P4, Alpha, Greater Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh — 201310, India. 1. What we do

We supply genuine electronic components — connectors, terminals, housings, contacts, cable assemblies and related parts — sourced from authorised international distribution and imported into India by us as the importer of record under our own IEC. Prices are quoted and charged in Indian Rupees, and every order is invoiced with a GST tax invoice in the name you provide at checkout.

2. Eligibility and accounts

The Website is intended primarily for business purchasers (OEMs, EMS companies, panel builders, repair houses and traders). Individuals may also purchase, provided they are 18 years or older and capable of entering a binding contract under Indian law.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account — including your GSTIN, billing name and delivery address — and for keeping your login credentials confidential. Invoices are prepared from these details as provided at the time of order.

3. Orders, pricing and acceptance

Product listings, stock figures and prices are sourced live from our supply partners and can change without notice until an order is paid. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase; our acceptance occurs when payment is captured and an order confirmation is issued.
Part prices are all-inclusive: international freight, customs duty and surcharge, and customs clearance are already included in the unit price shown. Checkout adds only a delivery charge (₹350, free on parts subtotals of ₹10,000 or more) and GST at 18%. There are no charges beyond those displayed at checkout.
If, in the rare case, the supplier price or availability changes between payment and procurement, we will contact you with the option of an adjusted order or a full refund. We never substitute a different part without your written approval.
Obvious errors (for example, a manifestly incorrect price caused by a data fault) entitle us to cancel the affected order with a full refund.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Pvt. Ltd. over their secure gateway. We do not collect or store your card, UPI or banking credentials on our systems. An order is confirmed only after the payment gateway verifies the transaction.

5. Delivery

Parts are typically imported against your specific order, customs-cleared by us, and despatched from our Greater Noida warehouse to your doorstep. Our standard estimate is 10–12 days from order confirmation. This is a good-faith estimate, not a guaranteed date: supplier despatch, airline schedules and customs processing can add time, and we will keep you informed of any material delay. 6. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Because most parts are specially imported against your order, cancellation windows and return eligibility are defined in our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary: orders can be cancelled free of charge before we place them with our supplier; genuine defects, transit damage and our errors are always our responsibility and are made good by replacement or full refund.

7. Product information and warranty

We supply only new, genuine parts obtained through authorised distribution, with full manufacturer traceability. Manufacturer warranties, where offered, pass through to you.
Datasheets, images and specifications are provided by manufacturers and distributors for reference. You are responsible for confirming that a part is fit for your specific application; we do not warrant fitness for a particular purpose.
Parts marked NCNR (non-cancellable, non-returnable) at checkout are procured on those terms from the manufacturer and carry the same terms for you.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as production stoppage, loss of profit or cost of rework. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

9. Intellectual property

All manufacturer names, part numbers, logos and datasheets remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only. The Website's own content, design and software are the property of Molhad Mago Electronics LLP.

10. Force majeure

Neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government action, import restrictions, strikes or carrier disruption. We will notify you and either reschedule or refund affected orders.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer forum rights available to you under Indian law.
